YES! - Dazz is safe to use on septic tanks, containing 99.9% naturally derived ingredients.

The fragrances used in our Dazz cleaning tablets are derived from fruit and plant oils. Lemon oil, Grapefruit oil and Peppermint Oil are among some of the oils used to scent our cleaners. We've also kept them to a minimum. They only make up around 1% of our tablets giving it a subtle scent for those sensitive to harsh aromas.

Currently, we do not sell Dazz branded glass bottles individually. We sell them as a 3 pack with our kits.

Our current products are not disinfectants. They clean extremely well, and will (like most other cleaners) remove bacteria from surfaces. Though we do not currently have certification for killing bacteria, the surfaces will be clean and clear. Much like washing your hands with hand soap. 

A Dazz disinfectant tablet is one of the next two releases we plan to have. We're working on getting them EPA registered, though this is taking some time with the whole EPA disinfectant industry being grid-locked after recent events. As soon as we can, we'll have it out!

We use Earthfirst PLA and recycled paper. Which is 100% biodegradable in a commercially compostable environment 🙂

This is completely normal. In our quest to be 100% Natural, we have decided not to add any artificial colours to our tablets. This makes the solution lighter in colour, but certainly no less effective in cleaning! - We like the more subtle look 😁

The colours used in Dazz are originally derived from sodium salts. Many of these colourants are listed here -- https://www.epa.gov/saferchoice/safer-ingredients#pop1328536 under the EPA safer choice program" We use a very small amount (less than .03% to give our cleaners a slight tint).

Let tablets dissolve completely before attaching sprayer. Turn the nozzle to OFF position to prevent leaking. If you attach the sprayer before the tablets have completely dissolved, pressure will build up causing the sprayer to leak while not in use. 

No worries! That can happen through shipping and handling. Simply empty contents of packet into 500ml of water.

Use warm water and crush the tablets in the packet before emptying into the bottle. This may create excess foam, so be careful not to overfill your bottle before adding Dazz.

They're currently tested to last a year (and counting), once made, with the current mixture of ingredients to be fine. Testing is still needing to be done with all the varying factors. but as a general rule... "From a purely chemistry position, the minimum shelf life for the mixed solution should be at least 1 year, probably much longer.

The remainder comes from the synthetic stabilizer used in the colour. It basically makes the colour last. Without it, in a number of days, all of the solutions would look clear. The entire colour itself is .03% and when mixed, the colour becomes 0.0002% so it's a very small amount, but it is there. Hope this helps!
